Sexuality problems affect both the young and old, but in the majority of cases sexuality tends to be a problem within teenage years, as this is often when the feelings tend to surface, and they are often the ones who struggle to come to terms with it. In truth though, sexuality problems can hit anyone at any time.
Sexuality issues and problems are often hard to understand, as you try to come to terms with who you are and what your true feelings are, and who they are directed to. Some people tend to take longer to work out their feelings, some may never come to terms with it. For others, trying to work out their feelings about who they are can often take over your life and your thoughts.
Sexuality problems tend be classified into two different types... those who are confused about who they are, and those that are struggling to cope once they find out. Thankfully, there is help, and sexuality counselling can help you come to terms with who you are, or help you understand which are your true feelings, and which are misleading to you.
