There is so much pain in the world I believe it is vital that we seek help to lead a more fulfilled and happy life. We are not a failure because we have to ask for help, in fact we display a great deal more courage when we decide to do so. We are lead to believe that we should have all the answers for our problems, which of course is impossible (we cant know what we dont know). It is a fundamental instinct of all human beings to have relationships with others, not just with sexual partners but all the others we are in contact with on a daily basis. Unfortunately, in our busy, sometimes anxious and overworked lives , not to mention past personal experiences, it is not unusual for us to encounter difficulties in this area. It is often with a great deal of pain, we find ourselves, either unable to relate healthily to others, are unable to trust, and of course how often do we feed unworthy of others love, or feel abandoned and lost, while the rest of the world appears to be happy and fulfiled.

Relationships are never easy, whether they be past, present, professional, or personal. When it comes to our partners, husbands, or wives, the everyday stresses of work, money, children or other matters can take their toll. Luckily, there is help available for all couples (or singles) struggling to cope. When addressing these issue, it is usually benefical for both parties to seek counselling together, however there are exceptions to this, and it is not uncommon for only one partner to receive counselling, to try and make sense of their feelings and issues.
